We have decided to name her Nessa, and in Hebrew that means Miracle, and we thought for short we could call her nessie :)

Here she is : Ella's Sister "Nessa":D

Nessa is such a lucky little girl. And as cute as she can be. There is no doubt she will help speed your healing and there will always be a little bit of Ella in her to bring your smiles back. Enjoy your little baby girl - she is beautiful. :)

:congrats: Aubrey and Will, I just spent the last hour crying re-reading some of the posts I missed concerning Ella.. I am so happy for you both in getting Nessie...She is truly beautiful and the name fits her..:cheer:. She will help to heal the hole in your heart..I know that she will not replace Ella, however,these little furbabies have the ability to creep into our hearts and make a bad day wonderful.. I am so happy for both of you and Nessie has two great parents to love her...Miracles do happen.......Give her a big hug from my crew of 6..:ghug:.

Aubrey and Will - She is just beautiful! In the 3rd picture you can see a little smile on her face. You can just tell that she's so happy to be with you. I believe she is the answer to prayer.

It sounds to me like once again, God does answer prayer, but on His terms, in His way, His will is done. I'm a huge believer in miracles because I've lived through God's grace so I believe he knew exactly what he was doing through all this, from the moment little Ella came into your lives, right through this morning and that little darling you've named Nessa. But I think you can trust that God meant for Nessa to be with you. Maybe from the beginning YOU got it wrong when you picked Ella, or maybe Nessa had already gone to her new family and so you never saw her. Maybe Ella was an old soul whose whole job on this earth was to put you and Will in a frame of mind where you would learn about the generosity of strangers, learn about the power of forgiveness and learn to trust that God really does know best. The Lord said when you love the least of his creatures, you also love him and through this, you and Will have proven your love. Oh, what a wonderful gift you've received. From tragedy to a new baby! Praise God

Nessa is one lucky little yorkie. I was going to suggest Milagros(miracle in spanish ) but I like the name Nessa.

What a blessing indeed for you, your boyfriend, and Nessa. She looks like a feisty little thing. Enjoy her!

oh, I love her!! She looks so much like Maggie did when I brought her home (colorings, anyway). she is so incredibly sweet looking. How old is she again??
