| My visit with Cricket Hey everyone. I went to see my lil girl this weekend. She is 5 weeks old. I was informed that we need to make arrangements to get her around Thanksgiving weekend. I tried to talk her into keeping them longer but she just didn't understand. She said she got the mama Yorkie when she was 6 weeks old. I am so nervous. Because we have to get her 4 weeks earlier than I had planned, she has to stay with my mom who lives 4 hours from me (Cricket's breeder is there as well). Since she will only be 8 weeks old are there certain things I should tell my mom to watch out for and are there any special puppy things I need to have for her? Any help for this younger than expected arrival would help tremendously. Feel free to pm me as well. And now for her pics... two of the pics I can't resize right now but here are the links to them... Me and Cricket Me and Cricket 2 These two are also some vids that I took of her. One is really short and the other one is really kind of dark but you get the idea. http://s5.photobucket.com/albums/y15...t=HPIM1573.flv http://s5.photobucket.com/albums/y15...t=HPIM1572.flv |

| She is soo cute! I got mine when they were 8 weeks old. I also thought they were too young too but they did great. Just keep nutrical on hand at all times. |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | What a cutie!! I got Cali ar 9 weeks and 1 lb. Be sure she gives her Nutrical and feeds her frequently. Cali had to be fed every 3-4 hours at first since she had episodes of hypoglycemia. She should be fine if you watch her sugar levels.

| I think right now the breeder is getting them weaned by feeding them wet food. When can I start mixing wet and hard food together and then let her eat only hard food? |
