You mean the first picture of both posts regarding Reed & Darcy's litter? If so, that's the girl. She was my favorite of that litter.

I ended up picking the pup from Trouble's litter primarily because Deb thought it would be a better match for me. For some reason, Deb has this sixth sense where she can predict the personality of each of her pups.

If anyone has any Trouble + Raina puppies, I'd love to see them! I'm an impatient mother-to-be!

She was a little over 1 years old in this photo. We got her from Deb when she was 9 months. She was described as a little over sized and plump- she's 9 pounds (not fat) and has a healthy appetite.

We bought our little girl Kinder from Deb six years ago. My husband and I drove to Missouri to meet Deb and her yorkies. She had everything nice and her kennels were immaculate. We just love our baby so....much and really got a beautiful little girl. I would love to get another but Kinder would not like that. I hope Deb is doing ok in Oregon and she sure has nice yorkies. We will always wish the best for her she really cares about the breed. Susan

My Champion is from Trouble but he is 6 and a half so I'm sure his mom is no longer being bred. He has a great personality and gets along with my girls perfectly. He's a very good boy...

Thanks for the pics of Penny. If I remember correctly you got her right around when I got Cookie from Deb. Deb's yorkies really are amazing!

I have one of Deb's pups. Her name is Molly and she is almost 4. She is from Lil Bita Natural Reaction and EZ Made 2 Order's litter. She sticks to me like glue. I need to find a recent picture of her and I'll post it. She is the one on the left in my avatar.

Hannah turned 1 in March. She is a super sweet girl and smart as a whip. She keeps me on my toes. If I have a pup recovering in a crate, Hannah sets them free....LOL she is a master at opening crates.

I got Cookie from Deb in July 2013, and Cookie's personality was exactly what I talked to Deb about wanting: a lovable pup with a ton of energy and lots of mischief.

Funny thing is that ad for Penny was how I first found out about Deb. I was going through a really rough time, as I registered here to post a memorial to Minnie, who died in May 2013 (that's her in my avatar pic). Minnie's death just ripped my heart out and I came here for support. And I made a lot of friends here, and when I'd ask them about Deb's reputation they'd send me to threads where you could just see how much Deb cares for her pups. Like the one where she had Vinny nice and groomed, fresh bath, going to the vet for his rabies shot right before going to his furever home, and somehow he ended up pooping all over her new shoes and brand new car. She showed up to the vet with a poopy dog and poopy shoes and a poopy car. I could swear the car with like two days old or something! That story just slayed me. Or how people would see her at shows baby talking her show dogs during prep, how she is in it for the dogs and not for winning accolades. Those stories combined with the emails and conversations Deb and I had made me know I picked a phenomenal breeder. So I have to thank your pup Penny for helping me find Cookie!

So many cuties!

How does everyone manage the wait until you get your puppy? I want my baby!

I had to wait two and a half weeks past when Cookie turned 12 weeks, as American Airlines will not transport a dog when the temperature is 84 or higher at any point of the flight. Imagine how hard that window is to find in Texas in the middle of June! We lucked out and got a cold front come in July 3rd and Deb got Cook on a plane about 6:00AM so she could get to the San Antonio airport before the temperature got into the mid 80s. I think Deb lived two or three hours from the KC airport at the time (this was before she moved to Oregon). I remember the day we found out there would be cooperative weather I told her I was tempted to just go camp out at the airport to wait for my yorkie! haha

The night before I got Cookie I was just too excited to sleep a wink. I stayed up all night watching Dexter's Ruff Life videos on youtube, I think I watched the entire series. And I instantly fell in love with Cookie the first time I saw her in person inside her crate. Best believe I slept really well after 10PM when I put Cookie in her crate for the night after a long day of play (though she cried a lot that first night, she really did not want to sleep in her crate).

Same here! There was very little sleep in this household the night before Penny's arrival and it was love at first sight seeing her in her crate.


I remember Deb was in the process of moving. Our original plan was to take a road trip to Oregon to pick up Penny. Deb graciously offered us her place for an overnight stay before we were to headed off the following morning to visit friends/trainers at a service dog training facility nearby, but the weather heated up so Deb's move was delayed. We too had to wait a couple of weeks for the weather to cool down so Penny can be safely transported.


Now you got us all waiting anxiously with you!

I fell in love with Trouble back in 2010 when I was researching breeders. He's so beautiful. I'm sure your puppy will be wonderful.

Hey all,

here's another shot of Whimsy. He's going to be 10 weeks soon (born 4/25).

My little guy is turning out to be on the chubby side (2.9 lbs at 10 wks), but Deb took him to the vet and he said that Whimsy was perfectly healthy. According to some size charts, Whimsy is projected to have an adult weight of 7-8 lbs (although Deb thinks he'll be 5-6 lbs).

I was wondering if anyone knows of any health problems that comes along with a Yorkie have some extra weight. For example, will my baby be prone to having more heart conditions than a smaller yorkie? Will he have bad knees? If so, what do you recommend to prevent those health problems from manifesting?

Deb assures me that he is a strong and sturdy boy (which I so appreciate!). I just want to make sure my dog will have a long and healthy life.
