| Likes her Cloud 9 I was afraid Princess Sophie would never figure out how to get into her Cloud 9 but she finally figured it out. The DH has been playing with her in it and today she figured out to get into it herself. Of course I wasn't looking at her when she did it but I am very proud of her. LOL Sorry it's blurry! I have a bit of a shaky hand.

| I also just realized looking at her, her ears are up! Have no idea when that happened just noticing it today. LOL I haven't even had a chance yet to trim the hair on her ears. Question: Since they are already standing up, do I need to trim the fur on her ears??? What is the proper look for Yorkie's???????

| A lot of people trim their yorkies ears. But I don't I just love the butterfly ears look. I love her Cloud 9 bed pattern. Ahi looked just like that when we first got it. It looked like it was going to swallow her up. hehe I now need one for Roxie.

| Princess Sophie looks to precious in her Cloud Nine bed. If you want her ears to stay up, it's best to keep the tips of her ears shaved. Sometimes the weight of the hair will pull the ears down, and once they are down when they are older, that's usually how they will stay. The ears often go down temporarily when they are teething. One of my Rainbow Bridge babies had such thick hair, and when she was a baby, one of her ears kept coming down. I taped them once, but then I decided that I loved her just as she was. Kiwi ended up having one ear up and one ear down, and. to me, I think she was perfect just like that.

| She's so comfy!! I don't shave/tip Mandie's ears. I just like the look of it with some hair up there. It's really your decision..the standard is to shave the top 3rd. The only issue is the weight of the hair, as mentioned above. If they start drooping again, I would definitely trim some of the hair..it usually works. What a gorgeous Princess! Now she has a be fit for a Queen...you may have to change her name when she grows up to Queen Sophie hehe
