Magic does that to her food when she wants to save some for later...or with bones that she doesn't want to share!! She will be forever trying to pretend to hide it....it is really funny to watch!

Maddie does that but only if she goes on newspaper. She's crated at night and although she goes outside before bed sometimes she can't hold it all night. I put newspaper in the bottom of her crate and sometimes in the morning she will have folded over the newspaper covering up the mess entirely. She's really neat about it, she doesn't tear up the paper, just folds it. She is potty trained and goes outside but when she's out there she doesn't do that.

Haha, that is so cute! Apple covers her food like that but when we were using pee pads inside our cat would come behind Apple after she went potty and cover it up with her paw. Then she would look at Apple like, "Don't you know you are suppose to cover that up?!" funny times.
