I lived in Maui for a short while, best time of my life! Great place for a honeymoon, my husband and I met there and I couldn't have thought of a better place to spend with someone you love!

I hope you got to experience things like Mt. Haleakala, Road to Hana, Bamboo Forrest, and snorkelling! :D Did you do any whale watching, I have a friend who owns one of the main tours called Trilogy. :D

Aww, thank you! Good luck with your own wedding....I hope you're able to pull on some heartstrings and get them to allow Teddy to be a part too! If I had any advice it would be: Overplan as early and best you can, then just let bygones be bygones on the day and enjoy it! We had a TERRIBLE day before with several things falling apart, but I was able to get everything back on track enough that I wasn't too disappointed and was able to just let everything else go and enjoy it. I was so exhausted I was nauseated most of the day (from staying up to fix all the things that went wrong), so I would also suggest you at the very least "plan" to be in bed early the night before to get a good night's sleep (I "planned" that too, but it just didn't work out! :rolleyes:) Congratulations to you and your fiance!! :D

Awww, thank you!!! :D I think they were very happy to be there....there was so much commotion at home, I think they would have been anxious about being left anyway. Bella missed her nap and was super tired, but she's always happy to be wherever Mommy and Daddy are! :p

Thank you, and you're certainly welcome! :D It was, indeed, very special for us! And nearly everything turned out just exactly like I'd planned and pictured (minus a few linen wrinkles and messy cupcakes :eek: but hey, don't sweat the small stuff right?! :p)

Thank you! I was sort of going for a vintage/classic look....I figured if that's what I like, this is kind of my one chance to do it!! I also strung baby pics (like baby to 5 yrs. old) of me and my husband, which I printed in black and white, for everyone to see (we were both really cute kids if I do say so myself! :p) and our "cake" (cupcakes) topper was kissing bride and groom salt and pepper shakers, which we loved so much more than any other more traditional toppers we saw....and they're functional now too!! I attached a couple more pics for you ;)

We did go on a snorkel "cruise" out to Molokini crater with Quicksilver. Would have been amazing except I get motion-sick and so I was nauseous almost the entire time :( We did snorkel a bit at Molokini until the bobbing finally did me in and we had to get out. What I really wanted to do was the 2nd spot where you swim with sea turtles, but I was just too nauseous to even try......everyone saw at least 2 turtles while they were out snorkeling though, and we saw LOTS from the boat.

We also did the Road to Hana, but we didn't make it past Hana town because it rained on us pretty much the whole time, which really slowed us down. So, we missed the Bamboo forest unfortunately, but we did see lots of beautiful waterfalls, coastlines, and even explored a couple of lava tubes, which was really fun!

They're our babies, so we just didn't even consider them NOT being a part! :D It truly was a beautiful day....we'd expected it to be pretty cool, but it turned out to be absolutely perfect weather and the trees were just the right amount of "turned" to make for beautiful pictures! Couldn't have asked for better! :)

wow! such a BEAUTIFUL wedding! LOVE LOVE LOVE your shoes! And the dress was gorgeous! It's so awesome that you got to have your babies in your wedding! I definitely want to do that with our wedding. It just wouldn't be the same without the furkids, you know what I mean? I would feel like part of the family was missing. You are a very lucky girl to have found such a great husband that is in love with your kids as much as you are (or at least it seems he is ;) LOL) Congratulations! :)

Awww thanks! I know exactly what you mean....we feel the same way! I AM a lucky, lucky gal! :D We got Bella when we'd been together about 6 months, and he's almost as in love with her as I am....NO ONE could love her more than I do, but he's definitely a close 2nd ;) And then we got Maya last year, and we both love her so much too!!! They're both Mommy's girls most of the time, but they really love it when Daddy gets home from work and choose him over me sometimes :p I have lots of pictures of them all snuggled in with him, which I love. It's funny because everyone else (not YT people) assume that they're my dogs and he just puts up with it.....I always have to say "They're OUR dogs....we chose them together (well, Bella chose us, but it was mutual!), and he loves them too!" He always thinks it's crazy when people assume :rolleyes: I'm making him do things for them (like take them out to potty, etc.)....he WANTS to do that because they're his babies too!
