she is NAKED!!!! 4 Attachment(s) ok, ok. So after trying for weeks to make Bridgets hair not matt everytime I dress her I finally gave up. I spend hours every night trying to get the matts out and both her and I are sick of it nothing worked so here she is my new naked Bridget. Good thing I keep her in clothes most of the time otherwise she might freeze. |
Wow! She got a great hair cut. It looks great. She is so cute. I am dying to cut Sophie's hair but my husband won't hear of it. Maybe he will change his mind after seeing these pics of your baby. :aimeeyork |

I know what you mean,,, Gus gets matted all the time when I dress him. I would never think of cutting his hair, but after seeing how darn cute your Bridget looks with her hair cut I might take back the word never! She is really cute naked! |
I always said I would NEVER cut her hair, but after the last 2 months of taking out BAD matts every night we decided it was worth a try, and worse case I figured she would grow it back. But I love it short, she looks so much more lady like to me, (of course I am biased as all get out!) I had the groomer do it, because I know I would have screwed it up somehow, and they werent thrilled with the idea either until it was done. It is sad I hear horror stories of groomers shaving our babies without permission, and I guess I got lucky because the gals that do Bridgets hair were paniced that it would look bad and asked at least ten times if I was sure about it. I am glad I did it though she is a pretty little lady now! :p |
Eddie goes buff for a different reason: The snow clings to his fur real bad, especially when it's long. He seems to like it, though, and as you say it's a lot easier to take care of. The groomer did a terrific job on Bridget's face. |

wow, same thing happs to Chicle when I put clothes on him... well if I leave him with clothes for long periods of time he gets really tangled.. :( Im afraid to put clothes on him... but im trying to be even more diligent in his brushing to prevent serious matts. she still looks cute though ;) |

She looks very cute. I keep mine short, too. It's too hard to keep it long, especially where I live in the country with foxtails and dirt and gravel and whatever else is out here. As it is, I have to brush their feet a lot.....maybe 5-6 times a day. Every time I take them out to potty, they get foxtails in their feet, and sometimes on the rest of them too. :eek: |
