Hello everyone!

I got my first Yorkie yesterday!!

His name is Charlie and he is 4 years old. I got him from a fellow Y'Ter who gave him a wonderful home, but since she is starting school, wanted him to be with someone who could give him some more attention....cuz he is a big ol' baby! He has to be the sweetest dog I've ever met. He is sooo good. We went for a walk last night, and he is excellent on a leash. He didn't mark in my house at all, even though we have another dog. He just follows me every where! He's my little shadow! Here are some pictures of my little guy... Forgive the pink blanket... lol... it was my other pup's blanket and Charlie seemed to love it! lol He's the only boy in a house full of girls, so he'll have to get used to the pink! J/K... I'll get him some blue stuff!

Well looks like Charlie is pretty comfortable with the pink blanket and in bed. Good Luck with him and keep us with updates.

He's precious!!! Congratulations on your new boy. I'm sure he doesn't mind that the blankie is pink because he probably loves the softness of it. He looks really small. How much does he weigh? How do the girls like having a brother now?

I think he is around 10 lbs. He's a good size, not too small, but not too big! Bella is around 10 as well, and she is taller, but he is alot chunkier. Bella looks like a reindeer with long legs, lol. She's a little jealous, and she is lot more hyper than him. She was allll over him...jumping and sniffing, and he wanted nothing to do with her, lol. It will take a little bit of time, but Bella has always been great with other dogs, so I'm not worried. I walked in the house holding him, and I think that's what got her upset, because she's my baby. Charlie has to be the sweetest dog I've ever met, and I will spoil him to death!

Here is a picture of Bella... I will post some of the 2 of them as soon as they are friends! lol Bella is not a Yorkie (obviously, lol). We got her from a garage sale, so I like to think she was rescued as well! She was just a baby then, and now she is a monster!

Congratulations! I'm so happy that you were able to get Charlie! Looks like he is right at home!
Bella is very cute as well! I love her ears!

When my mom found her at the garage sale, they told her that she was a long haired chihuahua...lol. I think because they were charging $250 for the pups. Of course my mom believed them, but offered $150, and we got her. My mom showed up at my door and said "Look! She's along haired chihuahua!" I died laughing, and told her she wasn't a chihuahua. We think she is a chihuahua/poodle mix because her mother looked like a regular brown taco bell chihuahua.

Her and Charlie look just like bother and sister, don't cha think? lol
