| I'm glad that you were able to discuss this with your therapist. It helps to have someone there to talk to. Your parents sound very supportive and loving to both your and the dog. I think if you trust those who are guiding you, you shouldn't feel afraid to take their advice, as they know you best. Have you prayed about this decision? I think that God answered your last prayer and will surely answer you again. I'm so sorry for what you are going through. I can't imagine.
