If you see this little girl, hide your belongings!! 1 Attachment(s) I have a major klepto on my hands!! Little Enja will steal ANYTHING she can get her hands on! It is too funny, but she really thinks she has something great when she swipes stuff. She loves to take off with socks, dryer sheets, pretty much anything that hits the floors!!! Does anyone else have a little thief in the family???? |
Oh, I have one of those too! She will take it and run as fast as she can straight to her bed. Then she will look at you like, "Safe! Made it! Now its all mine!" because she thinks once its in her bed you can't possibly get it! :rolleyes: |

Mine hides it in my bed under a pillow. When I go to turn down the covers there's always at least one or two socks under one particular pillow. |

lol..........I know what you mean. There is a 2 second rule here at my house. You drop something and you have less than 2 seconds to pick it up or it is gone. I took apart the vaccuum cleaner to get it unclogged and got ready to put it back together and half of the screws were missing. They had snuck in and grabbed them without me seeing them. Luckily my husband caught them and retrieved them before they swallowed them. |

Conner is also a little klepto. His favorite thing now is to steel the remote from the side table because he knows we will chase him to get it. Another of his favorites is my slippers. If I forget to pick them up, he takes them into his "hut". If my slippers are missing, I look in his hut and there they are. |
Sadie's definitely a klepto. She takes stuff & then looks at me like, "Whatcha think about THAT, huh? Gonna do something about it?" She doesn't do the innocent thing at all. She's more proud of what she's done. |

LOL Lexie's a klepto too. Her favorite loot is panties, socks, and washcloths. There was this one time she decided to hide my cell phone. I just found her hiding place the other day, it's under my bed :p |

OK..I have the grosses hide story. One of our babies, and I think it is Lex and hubby thinks it is Harley, takes underwear out of the laundry basket and just chews the crotch out of it than leaves the destroyed panty where it can be found easily. We are starting to buy underwear in bulk!! We also have moved the laundry baskets into the closets so the culprit has less of a chance to get a prise!! I love my babies!! |
I had a pomeranian that would eat my underwear, clean/dirty doesnt matter. You have a boy and a girl dog?? I think it is the girl. My friend has a girl dog that does it too. GiGi, my yorkie, steal everthing she can carry and hides it in her bed. We got a new alarm system and the have sensors on them. I could figure out why the back door alarm never worked. Well here it was missing a piece because she had it in her bed!! i call her my little ferret because she is always running off with stuff. |

Baby is the same way. But, honey, be careful with the dryer sheets. They can be dangerous to dogs. I'm thinking b/c of bowel obstruction if eaten. I don't remember where I read the dangers of them, though. :confused: |

When Daddy lays down on the floor to play with Vinnie, Vinnie jumps on his back, can actually unbutton Daddy's back pocket, fishes the wallet out and takes off. I tell him he's very lucky Mommy works in the DA's Office and can help keep him out of trouble! Love him, the little stinker! |
