| Is a High Calorie diet bad. Two weeks after getting my dog I found that he was hypoglaycemic and my vet put him on a High calorie food. Should I change his diet??? Stephanie |

| I don't know but I suspect that your vet just intended the high calorie food for a certain period of time? It may be wise to phone and ask him ? Ana xx |

| High calorie diets are not necessarily bad, as long as they are'nt filled with carbs,salts, and alot of bad cholehstral (sp). There's probably a lot of nutrition in the food, but I'd call him and see if this is a life time thing, because of his condition. Ask lots of questions, it's ok remember your paying him lots of money. |
