| safe gardening I'm starting some vegetables this year and need some help figuring out what to plant where. I know some have poisonous leaves that the dogs shouldn't have access to even when the vegetable its self is ok. I tried to search for info on it here but the search thing isn't working for me for some reason. I read that eggplant and tomatillos are both nightshades so they'll go out front where the dogs won't be around them, as will strawberries, and tomatoes. Are there any more I need to worry about? I've got lettuce, cabbage, squash, peas, bush beans, zucchini, tomatoes, eggplant, tomatillos, cucumbers, and several types of peppers started. I'm also thinking of adding herbs. I'm not sure what else I might add. |

| I've never exactly had a green thumb... My mom gave us each a flower bed as kids... Mine ended up full of four o'clocks and tried to eat the yard :P lets hope this time turns out a little better |
