The charms do move around inside the locket but my SIL mentioned she had heard about some type of adhesive people are using on these to keep the charms in place? I'm not sure about that though. This one is about the size of a half dollar. It is the largest I believe. They offer smaller sizes.

I'm thinking if you got the larger one, you could add the tooth. Not sure about the tag though.
