 Callie can do many tricks and we have won a contest for it but I don't push her all the time and anyone who has seen Callie with me knows how bonded we are and how happy Callie is. |
I was just reading thru this thread again and.... Quote:

It will just give her a heads up on how to cover up more. The girl will always have her fans, that I know. But to con people out of their money really ticked me off. |
I just wish this thread would go away for good. I was devastated when LILO died. I thought about that baby girl for days and days - even woke up at night thinking about her death. Every time I see this thread I get angry at what has evolved. That little Misa does not look happy at all. All those cute tricks and she doesn't look like she is enjoying doing them - just looking for a treat. Wish I would never see anything to do with her again! |
How sad:( I just read this thread, from beginning to end. Such a shame that some people are good at conning others! Makes me sick to think that good hearted people were fooled!! Bummer that it makes the honest ones questionable. Sounds like the owner is just in it for herself. Karma's a b@#ch! Oh, and last but certainly not least, what the pups that passed went through. Arrgh! |

I just watched this and noticed that the dog NEVER wags her tail once during this. Maybe a tiny one here and there? I dunno... but I can't see. When Jackson is doing stuff with me, he's constantly so happy and wagging his little tail, or at least moving it. You can see his body language. If you look closely, you can really see the difference. Wow... I honestly had not watched that full Minnie Misa video til now. |
I can't really fault the way Misa looks while doing the tricks. Lola kinda does the same, she does it during pictures too. It's not that Lola's unhappy, she's just very focused and more reserved than other dogs. I call it her game face. It's hard to get a good picture without catching her off guard. I do fault her for the things that happened to the other dogs, the sketchy finances, and the excessive training hours though. |

Well, I just have to say that video of Jackson is great! :) I've never seen Jackson in action - except for the pool video & that was short. He's a cutie! And you put it together really well. I'm a total Jackson fan now...:p  |

I seriously have a hard time seeing in a dog's eyes if they're happy. My Teena looks like yours in photos-hunches her back & puts her ears down. |

Lately, my little girl looks away when I take photos of her with my cell phone, but most of my photos are taken I with a DSLR, and hopefully that won't be the case. I always see a spark in Katie's eyes, no matter what she is doing. Her tail wags constantly, even when she was walking around following me at her vet's office as he was watching her walk. She doesn't like going there at all, but still, she wagged her tail and had a bright sparkle in her eyes. Katie's emotions are so easy to read. I wouldn't make any judgements based upon one video of Minnie Misa, but it's a compilation of many videos and photos that really sadden me. I can't help how I feel, yet I realize these are my feelings, and my perceptions may or not be accurate. I pray that I'm wrong, and Minnie Misa is a very happy little girl. |

She does almost look sickly in some of the videos, too, IMO... just her movements, she is very slow paced? I dunno, it could just be her personality too. But in videos, I've just never seen a 'sparkle' really? It could just be me... Because ya know on one side it seems like a lot of time is obviously spent with her, so she's clearly getting a lot of attention, and any dog would love to be with their owner all the time, and doing classes, and meetups and such... so I dunno. I guess I don't know quite enough about the situation to judge. It's just a feeling. |
I saw a whole plate of treats, but not 1 was given? Or was that part cut off.:( Jax is such a great dog. So is Max & Teddy...that pic lolll! |

What I see is that the two boys are saying "Really Mom... you stopped all of the loving and spoiling to do THIS? Seriously!" Anyways, it is a great pic, but would be nice to see the real smiles hiding behind their stoical faces:) They sure would be great poker players! ;) |
Not to reopen old wounds, but the Huffington Post has an article on Misa Minnie: Misa Minnie, World's Cleverest Yorkie Puppy, Has 4 Minutes Of Tricks For You (VIDEO) |
Huff Post is getting less and less credible by the day and this just proves it. |

I started reading this thread because of Misa Minnie. I own two yorkies. Midas is 13 and Desire is 12. I have a special bond with them especially Desire. She has had health issue she is very small. The breeder I got her from did not breed them tiny, Desire just came out that way. Anyway, Desire has trained ME to do her will. Right now she has started getting up at 4:30 or 5 in the morning and wanting to get off the bed. She runs to her wee wee pad then the refrigerator and demands food. At first I thought it was a one time thing but now we are going on 5 morning!!! I don't know what to do. I worry she is getting old and I should deny her anything, but I don't know what is making her wake up early to eat. Any suggestions? |
I have a friend who named his yorkie Misa,(now pasted) I met a lady with a beautiful yorkie also named Misa, I LOVE the name Misa, so I'll have to go with Misa Minnie. She is very sweet. I feel your excitement, and am so very happy for you. you're gonna ADORE this lil baby. |
