First hair cut Teddy got his first hair cut. I was tired of all the little twigs and grass he would come inside with. He hated the clippers was bitting the groomer the whole time and freaked out when muzzled. Now I am getting used to my horse clipper's sound and vibration so he won't be as scared.

I cut my boys hair short also. I had planned on waiting until spring because I know the hair keeps them warmer but it's so much easier to keep them clean when their hair is short. I think they look so cute with short hair and a little shirt to keep them warm.

Yeah, it is a good idea to get the puppy around a pair of clippers from an early age. That way the first trip to the groomers will be less frightful for them. The litte Peanut trimmer is an inexpensive way to start.
