How Spoiled is Your Furbaby
 

If you would have asked me 10 years ago about an inside dog I would have said no way! Now, my dogs rule the house. They have free run of the house, sleep in bed with us, have more clothes than I do, eat better than my husband (so he says), we dont go on vacation unless they can come, and go with us to family gathers. Who would have thought a Yorkies (or two) would change my life so much! So let me see pictures of just how spoiled your babies are!

adorable!..do you have trouble with poopy getting stuck in that long hair?

Not sure if this post was for me, but when Lucy is bathed she gets a little clipper action on her hind quarters. So far, nothing's stuck back there!:)

With Rosie it does happen occasionally. She can't stand it though. So she will run to me and turn around. It's like she is telling me to get it off!

Sophia and Brody are so spoiled their toybox is actually a hamper. They also have 5 dog beds in one corner of the apartment... and several others throughout :eek:

Hamper! What a good idea! Haha I have a Cha Cha basket and it is overflowing with toys! Plus toys in the bathroom, bedroom, living room ......

Love all the beds. Do they have their own bedroom? :D

Cha Cha baskets are to die for!! It's on my wish list :thumbup:

It's funny, we have the same hamper for our clothes.. and Brody will bark at that one thinking there are toys in it!! Silly boy, wrong one!

I let them think the whole apartment is their bedroom ;). Whatever keeps them happy!!!

I love seeing babies being loved and spoiled! Lucy is so adorable with her toys. Katie has a basket made by Shelly, YT member Cha Cha. She is such a sweetheart, and her baskets are beautiful. She made Katie this incredible basket when she joined our family, and we both love it. The link below are of other basket that Shelly has made.

We actually have 12 beds, and the two cloud 9s will make it 14 :hide2:. Bf said the beds in the office aren't has comfortable and he thinks the dogs would enjoy the office more if the beds are replaced with Cloud 9's :eek:. Ugh, if only I could be a dog....:p

I was just telling someone the other day that before our Boxer Coco I wasn't a "dog" person at all. Then when Georgie came along it was a whole new world! My husband just said this morning how he is our baby. When we go places he goes to grandmas. He has toys, clothes and beds in every room! Funny thing is he doesn't like wearing clothes, only plays with a couple of his favorite toys and sleeps in our bed LOL I encourage everyone I meet to know the love of a Yorkie. He is so spoiled but I think we are too:)

Exactly! They are great "empty nest" dogs! :D. My baby is 15 and don't want to be babied any more. My Yorkies fill that void I need! They are our babies. And I totally agree there is nothing like the love of a Yorkie. Mine wake me up in the morning by climbing on my chest and giving me sweet kisses. Isn't that a great way to start the day? So where are those pictures of sweet Georgie?????

SPOILED ROTTEN! How about a 9 ft. Amoire full of clothes hanging and everything that a yorkie needs! From clothing, toys, grooming tools, and collars with leashes, etc, etc...... have two spoiled yorkies. My kids think I'm nuts over them, which is true!!!!!

Lily is very spoiled. She is housebroke to pads very well and she has never chewed up anything or hurt anything in the house and she has free run of the house...she is four years old now. BUT!!!! She barks at the TV horrible and actually she barks at most everything!! We have tried it all from classes to water bottles, newspaper, clicker, you name it we have tried it!! I have figured it out that she is a "barking cat"!! She acts like a cat but barks like crazy!! I thought (duh) that maybe another dog would distract her and she would calm down if she had a little sister/brother??? I got a darling little female puppy and she HATES her!! I have kept them seperated for 2 weeks and she is not getting better with her at all. Anyone out there have any suggestions or advice for me?? If it doesn't work out soon I am going to have to try to sell the puppy because I am afraid she is going to hurt her. Puppy sleeps in crate...Lily sleeps with us....puppy stays with either gate or door between them if they are both down on the floor!! I don't mind working with this if you all think it will end up ok but if it isn't going to work I am going to have to try to sell the puppy before we go back to AZ on Oct. 16th. We have flights for both of them at this point but I am wearing down with things to try to stop Lily from hurting Sophie (puppy). HELP PLEASE!!!

Sophie Kate is very spoiled, but she deserves it (no special reason other than I think she does). I cannot even begin to list all the spoils she has, car seats, strollers, dresser full of clothing, bows, clips pretty much you name it she has it.

I will say that it is easy to spoil her, Sophie Kate brings so much joy into our house. I will also add that everyone who meets her usually really likes her and says she has great manners (with the exception of the one drunk man at Quik Trip one night who slurred she looked like a "monkey").

I have a 5 year old yorkie boy and just got a girl yorkie a few months ago. It took about a month for my older one to get use to her. I seperated them in the beginning with playpen and baby gates till she figured out to climb over them. So now my older one has no choice but play with her. He actually enjoys her company, and I should have gotten one a long time ago. My older one grew up to be very antisocial with other dogs. he's doing much better now with a puppy to hang around with. So in my opinion, I would just give it more time. They will eventually get along. They love having a playmate around!!!! Good luck!!!

Rory and Lane aren't spoiled a bit. ;) Anyone who has spent five minutes flipping through their Facebook page knows they don't want for anything.

Lane certainly deserves it after her rough start in life, and Rory is possibly the sweetest dog in the entire world (and possibly the most rotten at the same time), so I think she deserves it too. :D I will never be able to repay them for the love they show me, but I sure try my hardest making sure they have everything a dog could ever want, making sure they are properly exercised every day and taken to lots of different parks so they don't get bored, fed what I believe to be the best food for them, and giving them the proper medical care no matter how far we need to drive or how much it costs. When I worked full-time while my husband was finishing up school, they went to doggie daycare daily, because I couldn't stand the thought of leaving them alone all day. I was the same way with my bullmastiff, though the clothing selection was a bit more limited for him!

And we definitely didn't celebrate Rory's birthday in three parts this year. Oh wait, part one: Rory's 5th Birthday Celebration Part 1: Dog Boutique Crawl | Facebook , part two: Rory's 5th Birthday Celebration Part 2: Cake! | Facebook , and part three: Rory's 5th Birthday Celebration Part 3: Presents and Play Time! | Facebook. I actually felt guilt over the late arrival of many of her presents, which I know logically is silly since she doesn't know when her birthday is.

Hanging out on top of two of their toy boxes. Yes, there are more. One is filled with balls, but it is up out of reach since they are obsessed fetch maniacs. They have to suffer playing fetch with their regular toys except during the approximate 30 minutes of intense fetch session they get every night.
