I just love all the cute bags you guys have! I think I need to start saving some money! I was going to start a thread bragging about the new bag I bought at Target yesterday but I read this! ..lol The bag I got was on clearance for $10.00. I'm a long way from the beautiful bags you guys have! Maybe one day....lol I also bought a dog bed on clearance for $7.00 and a nice crate for $10.00! Bailey loves all of it. Every time I go to the store I come home with something for him. I think he's catching on! He was snooting through the bags and pulled out a new toy..lol. I also bought a toothbrush and already introduced him to brushing and he was so good!

The only thing that really matters is the love you give your baby. They don't care how much money we spend on them! I just bought Zoe a new toothbrush and I doubt she is going to be fond of that purchase at all. I have been using a regular toothbrush and she let's me get it in her mouth but hates when I try to brush. This is an electric one so I am hoping she will just let me hold it on her teeth. We will see

And by the way you post your bag! I would love to see it.

Yes I did get the Charlie and they are for up to 7#, although I think it has more to do with the height and length than the pounds. My Zoe is currently 4.5# and she fits perfectly. She can't stand up with it zipped, her head is too tall, bit then again she never stands up when I take her. How big is Zoe? Kaji is 12 inches from base of neck to base of tail, and 12 inches from the floor to the top of his head. I might just get the bag anyway.

I honestly don't remember why I thought this bag was only for 4 lbers. I swear I read it was "teacup 4 lbs" on the site. I must have been dreaming.

My baby is about 11" tall and 11" long, although she won't stand still long enough for me to be real accurate. She does have another bag that says for 4# so that might have been what you saw.

That is so true! We love that little guy!
I thought about the electric toothbrush but I thought I'd start him out getting used to the manual one first. So far he's doing great.
I'll take some pictures of all my deals from Target tomorrow after work!

I think you will love it! I used mine yesterday and no one could tell she was in it and she didn't complain at all.

You can avoid the 120 day quarantine. You have to do an OIE-Favn rabies test. And then do the 120 days at home. We are moving to Hawaii in Feb, so I have been busy getting my doggies ready.

My Old 2 dogs were quarantine for 30 days in 2002 when we moved to Oahu.
it was even after we prepared for 7 months at in-law's house in NE and everything was ready... so now it's much easier for our babies and owners.
I'm glad! it was very sad that some owners paid to bring pets in HI and quarantine for 30-120 days later... they never came back to pick them up! so when I quarantine my dogs at the office had so many pictures of dogs and cats need new homes... very sad... hope it's changed now!

It's official, I took Zoe to Walmart today in her new Charlie bag and it worked perfect. I kept the ends unzipped so she could get airflow and still no one noticed her and she didn't make a peep. She laid down and rode on my shoulder. Occasionally I lifted up the flap and she just looked out at me as if to say "what momma, everythings okay, just get your shopping done".

Yes I live on Oahu. If you want to just come here for vacation I think bringing her would be impossible with all the laws and rules. I think it's a little different if she was a service dog though.

I know what you mean. I want to go on vacation but i'm afraid to leave her with anyone...even those I trust. lol

What do you recommend? It is NOT for airline travel, just for bumming around stores, etc.
