LOL actually we occasionally have heard a yell for help after the 6 year old boy has disappeared for a bit...he's once again snuck into mom and dad's room and locked himself in a dog kennel...sometimes I have pondered leaving him in there to see if it will keep him from doing it again  but then I remember sharing circle at school and envision CPS at my front door. |
I used to do that too when I was 4-6 when we lived in the city. I was born on Fullerton Ave and Sheffield. Right next to our building was Lassers Pop Factory. I used to sneak out, go out the back yard into the alley, walk to their loading area, climb in, and hide behind cases of pop. I also was smart enough to bring a bottle opener. The police were called several times by my frantic mother. Finally when I disappears they knew where to look. SOmetimes I even fell asleep back in the factory with open bottles of pop. They made a great product for the midwest. No longer in business, or I would perhaps head back there for old time sake. |
