| Blue baby born...have questions!! I bred my male yorkie because we wanted a new addition to the family. The female does not belong to us and we were to get "pick of the litter". I knew there was only one pup because I took her myself for sonograms. We were so excited that at least there was one and have been counting down the days till its arrival. He was born last night and immediately when I saw him, I knew something was way off! I went home and got on the internet and now know he is a "blue born". I have read so many horrible things, and at the same time, great things. Wondering if anyone has ANY input? Our male Yorkie is our baby....spoiled in every way. We will love this one too even if he is different!! |

| Hun, I have not a clue what a "blue born" is, does it mean the pup will have health conditions? Or is it merely a physical appearance thing? I would like to hear this answer to this one...Good luck!

| They dont always necessarily have health problems but they usually have hair loss in places. There used to be a gal on here that had one

| Congratulations and welcome to YT . I am sorry I have no knowledge regarding a blue born but you may want to post this in the breeders section for more answers from experienced breeders. Would love to see his photo. Good luck with your new addition !

Donating YT Addict | Good luck with your baby (does he have a name yet) & Congratulations. Love him & raise him as if he is normal, it will make his life better, just make sure you take him to the vet regularly.
