Please Pray For Rikki/We Have A Call

Just checking to see if there were any updates for Rikki. I came across this website, and maybe they can help Lost Pet Search|Tri-County Pet Search, LLC Praying for a christmas miracle.

A lady called Elisa this morning, and said she had seen a little white dog, that fit Rikki's description, exactly, and she was running after a jogging lady.

The jogging lady turned around and looked at the dog as if she were looking to see if the dog needed help.

The lady that called Elisa had gone out of town on 12/10, and had not seen the flyer until this morning.

Well, we waited all day, for Elisa to talk to the jogging lady, and I just heard from Sandra, that the time line was off.

The lady left on her vacation on 12/10, and Rikki had not gone missing until the night of 12/10.

I am so sick at heart right now.

And I am furious with the Pastor of the Baptist church, that saw Rikki curled up, not moving on the handi-cap ramp of his church, and left her there.

Furthermore, he has been removing the food and flyer's that Elisa brings every day.

What is wrong with him???

He is supposed to be a man of God. If I lived in Ypsilanti, MI, I would make sure every member of his congregation knew what he has done.

I thank each and every one for all of their continued prayer, and support, and encouragement.

Please keep Sandra in your prayers. I am afraid for my dearest friend.

just lit a candle... I don't want to seem mean so please to not take it that way. But I agree that the minister could do more. My brother who is a minister in Indiana said he would have his congregation out searching and passing out flyers. I know some people are not animal lovers but I am by it all

Thank you for lighting a candle for Rikki. Rest assured, I have no intention of ending the Light a Candle, until Rikki is found. (I just wish I had not mistyped her name, but I was, and am still so very upset.)

I wrote to both of the Pastors of the church's that Rikki had been spotted, and I told them her story and asked them to please tell Rikki's story to their congregation.

I believe during this time that we celebrate themiracle of the birth of Our Savior, Jesus Christ, these two Pastor's have a chance to spread the word, and if someone has Rikki, which I now believe, they can touch their hearts and Rikki can return home, to Sandra.

The Pastor of the Baptist church, spoke with Sandra & her husband, when they arrived the 1st time they went to search, and he and his wife were very kind, and he made a phone call, and Sandra seemed like it was an ongoing kind of call.

Whoever he told that he saw Rikki on the ramp, he told them he thought it was best not to run her off. So, maybe he thought he was doing the right thing. I don't know.

But he now is getting the chance to try to help find Rikki.

Sandra & I spent the week, going over & over the events that took place that Saturday, 12/11. And I now believe, that Rikki could not have entered the brush, it was far too dense and her hair would have tangled in it.

It is 600 acres of dense brush.

The 5 people that were there, just stood there, after they called to her, when they saw her on the porch of a house, and she ran, they did not pursue her. Elisa's son was there.

She ran, because I believe she was afraid of Elisa's son, the one that let her out of the house when she howled and barked.

I believe, she ran along the edge of the brush and went somewhere else, and someone found her, before it began to snow heavily.

So, now we have to pray, that someone hears the truth, and contacts their Pastor, or Sandra.

Sheila, is there any way that a local TV station could do a little piece on Rikki, to get the word out maybe with a picture. I wish I could do something. But I am still praying for Rikki's safe return.

That is a great idea! I'll e-mail Sandra right away.

You ARE doing something - the most important thing -PRAYING.

I truly believe Rikki will be found through God's Divine Intervention.

Sheila I am so sorry that has happened to you. I am a newbie but I am a dog lover and have lost dogs in the past, whether to Rainbow bridge or someone taking them. It is awful when either thing happens. I will pray tonight for you and Rikki and I have also lit a candle. I am sure God will see her safely home to you.

Actually this happened to one of my very dearest friends, and she is so extremly depressed. I'm depressed, too, knowing that Rikki is out there, missing her Mommy, and, this could have been prevented. Thank you for your prayers, and take you for lighting a candle.

Surely God will answer the prayers of so many for this little one.
