My baby 10 month old got tie with my 2 yr old male!! Help! Hello, My husband and I did not want this to happen. Our little Emma who is 10 month old was in heat and we caught her sticking her butt to the older male. Well we were home and TRY VERY HARD to void her getting tie. He got her twice when we thought she was safe from the male. We put on clothes, and diapers but did not work. Our 2 yr old male got her and now we are terrible stress that she can be having babies..Do anyone know if we can get her a shot or a after pill to void her litters if she is?? We were going to get her netuer but short on money will do it soon! Help! |
Please call your vet. I'm sure there is somethng he/she can do. You should also post on the breeder forum. These people know what they are talking about. Good Luck. |
Sad... Yes, please call your vet right away and see what he can do. Please spay her now. Your vet might take payments or apply for a pet insurance. Good Luck. |
I truly don't mean this to be mean. But....I never understand the "I can't afford it right now" excuses. We have in most states, if not all, low cost spay/neuter programs. You can get it done for $50-$60. This is great if you can't afford what your vet charges. Now this poor BABY may be pregnant, and it may now cost alot more than having her fixed would have. Good luck to you, I really hope she isn't pregnant!! |

You should also have your male neutered. Not only would it have prevented this happening, but would help prevent testicular tumors. better spaying and neutering now than having the expense of puppies. |

Call your vet asap and get her spayed right away. She is too young to have puppies. If money is tight, you certainly can't afford prenatal care, and possible complications like a c-section, etc. |

Your girl is still a puppy. Allowing her to carry and try to deliver a litter would be putting her life at great risk. It is in HER best interest to have her spayed ASAP and avoid the possibility. If you cannot afford to provide the care that she needs, then surrender her to someone who can. YOUR lack of funding does not justify the risk of HER life and well being. |
I am sorry this has happened.I agree with the posts above you do need to get them to the vet ASAP and get them fixed. Good luck let us know the outcome xxx |
This type of post always makes me suspicious. This member joined in 2008 and has only posted 5 times???? I think we are bing hoaxed. At least I hope it isn't a real issue. Sigh. What's wrong with people? |
For the babies sake, I really hope she isn't pregnant. |

Don't assume when people got their dog they weren't financial secure and then something happened in the mean time creating a situation in which their plans (to take the cruise, to spay the dog, etc) needed to be postponed. If they decided to take their dog to a shelter as they could not afford its expenses during their financial crunch they'd be beat up saying they were terrible dog owners. Give people a break and assume people are trying their best for their individual situation and offer solutions not a judgmental bashing. Is it really necessary they explain their entire life story rather than just cutting to the chase with the immediate problem?? |

Whatever the situation, I hope the OP will listen to the advice sh, e has been given and take her pets in to be spayed and neutered. That little girl is way to young to have pups! Poor little baby. |
