I just watch for promos. The place I got my Christmas cards done at has been doing a lot of specialized promos, like dogs!, due to the economy. They are trying to get people in. Their sitting fee is normally around $40. They have a blog that I check up on regularly. Around Easter they did a $50 session for your kids with live chicks and bunnies. Too cute!

I would call first, but try Sears and watch out for coupons also JC Penny, Picture People, but of cause call first . Since they r in Malls some of them will do it, but look out for coupons and call and ask first tell them it's for your furbabies on four legs LOL !!!!!!!

Well this a very good time for making extra money , I would think maybe some of use should look in some classes in photographer, Yes and than u will have all this business !!!!! lol . U can go to Junior College in your area.
We can also call Junior Collage in your area or photographer school and see if u can get a good deal for letting them take foto of you and your baby. They can always give u a dvd or cd with your photo and u can go to any photo shop and get copy's any size u want. Something to look into now before Halloween, Thanksgiving and X-mas.

Thanks for the info and ideas. Not that it would matter but does the furbaby pay a sitting fee also?

Yes , just like a child would, They need to made their money too.
I would call and maybe u will have to bring your baby or babies in a carrier or stroller. Who cares as long as u can get some pictures. S M I L E :D:D

Topknot, you have an excellent eye. You should hire yourself out. Last year we went to a professional for our Christmas cards and took the boys. This year we'll haul the girls along as well, but I'm looking for someone/something a bit cheaper because he was extremely expensive. I did think the pictures turned out okay, though.

here are the photos of Sadie's B'day party. We had a friend who is a photography student take pictures. Also, some of my pictures are mixed in for fun. Don't worry you can definitly tell the difference!:p

I have my own studio so of course Gracie gets hers done. Periodically I run a promo for pets. I thought Gracie would make a perfect poster child for the next "Pet Day"! I have one of hers as my profile pic.
