| Tibbe moves around during the night like virtually all dogs but he always starts out right beside my head on the pillow and then begins his night's movements after that. I pretty often wake up with him right back beside me on the pillow, his backside facing me, snoring away.

| I bought a "scalloped ramp" that is heavy duty foam with little speed bumps all down the surface of the ramp to give them a foothold....works great and all the dogs use it with no problem. I think I got mine on Amazon.....? |

| Zeus definitely sleeps with me. My husband and son move around too much. The odd thing that he does that scared me at first -- sleeps under the covers. After much research, I've found that it doesn't harm them. He can easily get out, as he is the one who gets under by himself. He always starts out on the top of the covers next to me, and he always ends up under the covers next to me. |

| Teddy and Poppy sleep curled up at the bottom of our bed on my side! My partner is 6 foot 3, and his feet reach the bottom of the bed, so there is no space his side ha ha! When we first got Teddy, he would actually go under the covers and sleep so his body was touching mine, I think it made him feel safer as he was a little nervous to start with. Our other dog Millie sleeps on her own bed on our bedroom floor, but she's too big to fit in the bed too! |

| My chorkie is super unique and tried to beat me, wait for me, and just plain his the bed before me. I dint want to have to put him or place him when it was time to go to the bathroom. I too have been letting him also with me. He's a service dog designed to wake me up once my med kick in. EVERY TIME I MOVE HE MOVES CLOSER I would say he even spoons. 😁 makes it really cute to see him stretched out like he's a big dog. I too wonder how can such a little dog take up the entire bed. |

| I have 3 small dogs and they all sleep in the middle of the bed with my granddaughter on one side and me on the other. We have steps in the middle for Mickey, the yorkie to get up and down. Mickey sleeps at my head, Mitchell, my toy poodle sleeps by my back and Max, granddaughters malti-poo, sleeps at the foot. We have trained them to take turns on the steps so no one gets pushed off or run over. This system works for us just fine.

| Cody is adopted, he was allowed on the bed but was not allowed to sleep next to his prev. owner. It took me 10 months to show him it's ok to snuggle next to me, he now sleeps under the blankies against my chest, I am in heaven. in another week, we will be together 2 years.

| Senior Yorkie Talker | Well in our house Chloe thinks our king size bed belongs to her and I, if I go to sleep before my husband she will not let him in bed quietly, she barks and runs around the bed until my husband picks her up. Chloe likes to sleep right up against my back or curl up with her head on my pillow under my chin, but if she gets to hot she will sleep lengthwise between my husband and I. She also gets up sometimes in the night to check on Abby, I guess to see if she is in her bed (unfortunately Abby can no longer sleep with us because she is blind and might fall off the bed) Chloe can't jump on our bed because it's too high so she will give me a little bark to let me know it's time to pick her up, and off we go to sleep again. Chloe also loves to sleep on my pillow in the daytime. |

| We too have a king sized bed, thank GOD I don't move much or I would end up on the floor! My husband is a bed hog and so is Presley & Holly, the pups sleep up against me, usually Holly at my tummy, when she gets hot she turns and pushes her feet against me like she is trying to push me over,(all 5.6lbs of her ) and Presley starts with his head on my pillow laying beside me and ends up with his butt on my pillow and his body laying across my shoulder and neck it's like sleeping with heating pads on my stomach and neck! But I wouldn't have it any other way

| reading these stories crack me up, I love the expecting a treat in the middle of the night, but not so much if it was Lola asking for it. We have a king bed and Lola sleeps with us, but she likes her own space and we found she is most happy if we put a small bed on top of the comforter at the foot of the bed between my husband and I. She cuddles with us for about 5 min and then heads to her bed and never moves until we get up for work. While I am brushing my teeth she crawls out of her bed and gets on my pillow[, she rolls on her back and stretches out like she is doing yoga and waits for a belly rub, if I take to long in the bathroom her whole body starts wiggling to get my attention, so then I lay down next to her and rub her tummy for about 5 min. LOL I swear day in and day out this never changes.

| for those of you that have dogs that like their own beds during the day but sleep in your bed at night I have a suggestion. if they seem like they can not get comfortable, move around a lot, or you feel like you might kick them off or roll over on them, try what we do, put a small bed on your bed. My sister thought I was crazy but her yorkie was always wandering around the bed and getting off and on it, one night I shared a hotel with her, her yorkie and Lola. Her yorkie kept getting off her bed and getting into my bed where Lola was in her bed, finally she put her dog's bed on the hotel bed and her dog immediately got in it and slept through the night and she has been doing it ever since. So bed on bed can be a solution for a bed wanderer .

| My dog sleeps on his back right up against me with his head on my pillow. I think he is convinced he owns the bed. |
