Ah Sherri, hope you can come. My little Barkley is the same way. He is just shy and I guess he will spend the time sitting in my lap. :rolleyes: However, Gizmo will make up for him cause he can work a crowd. Hope you make it.

Too cute that Gizmo can work a crowd that made me chuckle. Our Kenji was the same way, amazing how different two dogs can be.

HELP!!!! My roommate has disappeared! I have a plane ticket, paid my registration and have a room booked - but without someone to share the cost with me - I might not be able to go! :(

Does someone want to room with Roxy, Bubba & I - or would you accept us into your room??

Please help :)

If you need someone to go with you from Florida - maybe my mom would come with you - she lives in Sarasota & then the 2 of you could room with me! Solving both our problems.

My mom doesn't have a yorkie - but she does love them.

That would be fantastic! Your Mommy could be an official "Yorkie BabySitter" if she would like -- there are several members bringing multiple Yorkies and will need an extra set of hands.

Just finished reading all 600+ posts in this thread. Nearly had a heartattack when an older post said registration deadline was June 1st! :eek:

Going to register right now!

that is great to hear! you have until Midnight Monday...and if you room with yorkiesmiles it will save you both money...and from what i know of her she is really sweet and helpful.

wow that is a lot of reading at once.. glad you saw this and are booking.. and hpe yorkiesmiles gets right back to you.. for it sounded like she was really disappointed.. so I am glad to see this..

Looking forward to this meet up as I watched it all take place last year and could not go.. :D

i too hope that yorkiesmiles sees your pm and take you up on the offer for i know she was really disappointed that she may have to abandon the trip altogether although it has already been paid for except hotel...

I sure hope that you and Renata (Yorkiemiles) will be able to make arrangements to share a room together. She was very upset about having to forego the meetup so this must have been meant to be.

I'll look forward to meeting both of you there as well.

I have been so excited about meeting all of the peeps at this years Meetup.... because we had so much fun in Kansas City. With regrets, I will not be in Alexandria. I had surgery on Friday (the 12th) and do not know when I will be able to return to work. I am on restrictions now and will probably be for a few more weeks. Limited income, limited ability....... so disappointed, but hope to make it to some of the meetups nearby this summer. I had purchased some cute stuff for Shelby & Seymour for the Alexandria trip ...... I guess I will have to do a photoshoot of them in their new stuff later on when I start healing more.
I will miss seeing all of you again, and meeting those that I haven't yet. Wish me well on my road to recovery!

Today is the last day to register. So far we have 67 registered. I'm not sure how many Yorkies are coming, but I do know that there will be more than I have ever seen in one place!

IT IS NOT TOO LATE TO REGISTER. IT WOULD BE AWESOME IF WE COULD GET 75!!!!!
