sammy weighed in at 12.8 so, yeah. He went to his annual today and weighed in at 12.8 lbs. I never thought he would be this big. I'm going to try and post pictures later. |
I bet he is adorable! |
I can't wait to see pics!! We love the big "bone" ones! Moose is 14 lbs. |
More to love!!! |
weight My teddy is big I think he about 9 lbs but he looks bigger He much taller and longer than Tish :) |
LOL! I took Banjo in today for a last shot- he weighed just about the same!! I never thought he'd get that big either! His MOm weighed 6- she is a CHI- his Dad weighed 4- he is bigger than both of them put together!! LOL He is my baby- and I am sure you feel just the same :) |
I have a little teapot too! They're the best! Definitely more to love! Can't wait to see pictures of your baby |
There comes a time you realize you don't have a purse dog after all, maybe a suitcase, but boy, they are a whole lotta fun and come with a whole lotta luvin'. |
I know predicting weight can be a hit or miss, but what do you think a 17 week old 4.5 pounder will end up weighing as an adult? |
More Yorkie to snuggle with:p |

I have one right now that is 21wks/2 days and she just hit 2lbs.14oz. Now she may hit 4lbs full grown, (I'm hoping) My others are 6lbs, 6.5lbs and 7lbs. The real small ones you really have to watch out for. The others are all about the same, and play well together. I worry more about the little one. Her name is Raindrop. :) Darlene |
Yeah, I saw the chart but if I am reading it right, Mason is off it! I have a 12.6 pound peekapoo at home too, so 8 or 9 pounds is fine by me. I just don't want him to get any bigger than my other dog. We vacation with all our boys and it is a tight fit. It is usually me, my DH, my 3 skin boys, my 2 fur boys and an extra nephew who usually comes along too. I am the only B***H in the pen! LOL. My SUV is packed to the limit when we go. |
More to love....Jolie' has become a little fattie...lol. We have been having her on puppy food and she has gained so much weight. We had her on it since she was having puppies...our vet had us put her on it. He told us to give it to her for about 6 months after she has the puppies. She needs the nuterients he claims...but man she has gained like 7 pounds since she became preggo. She is still happy but to me unhealthy. |
lol i love the big yorkies! they look so sturdy and strong. i have a neighbor across the street who owns a very small, unsocialized female yorkie. she saw us walking teddy and stopped us and remarked "Look how big he is for a yorkie! hes so much bigger than my Chrissy!"-and implied that he was a mix. teddy only weighs around 7 lbs (i wish he were bigger lol) and i was a little hurt that she thought he wasnt a yorkie.. now every time we go outside she will come running over and want to see him-we just cant avoid her sometimes lol. |
:aimeeyork I can't to see pictures! I think my Suzi is going to be a big gril too .She is 4.12 oz at 4 months. I think I rather have a bigger Yorkie that a tiny one.... :D |
