I'm not sure why you posted these links, but the Wizard of Claws is a horrible place to buy puppies from, while I'm not familiar with the other place, it also raises immediate red flags by using the words "teacup", and "micro mini teacup."

To the OP, again, if you are serious about this, look to YTCA breeders for guidance.

I have looked up a few breeders from this site thanks for the help

Oh and just for the record for everyone I am a YOUNG MAN.....lol not a girl just wanted to get that out their.....lol Yes I am a man who likes girls, but love yorkies (not in a weird way.lol)

Oh and to those of you who gave advice thanks I will be sure to take it into consideration those of you who criticise and doubt, oh well I can care less what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

To the OP - Can you get involved in handling first, or at the same time? I think that if you are going to go through the effort of doing OFA and all of those tests (which is commendable, not everyone does that) don't you think it would be worthwhile to show your dogs? Can you do local shows on the weekends just to get in the ring?

Just trying to contribute something helpful and positive to the thread.

I don't know if I would buy from a 17 yo or not. I do understand that you need to get experience somewhere and somehow, but at the same time, these puppies are little lives. It's not something to be messed with and the first thing I would think about as soon as I would find out you are 17 is maturity and how much effort you really put into this - I'm not saying your immature or haven't put effort into this, those are just the questions that would keep me from buying from a 17 yo. Raising puppies is a lifetime commitment. Are you ready for the commitment? Do you really honestly know what you want out of life? I remember being 17 (I'm 20 now) and thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. Life didn't end up the way I planned and it just gets harder as you go.

I think I will show my dogs before breeding he will have wonderful lines with LOTS of Ozmillion well im not sure the exact dogs im getting, all I know is that the breeder has lots of Ozmillion in her lines. So whatever dogs I choose they will surely be show quality

Yes I totally agree. I am the type of person that will add to my dreams and goals and never scratch anything off. I KNOW EXACTLY what I want to do in life 100% and I know that I will not stop until my life is the way I invision it. There may be many things that come in the way of what I set out to do but nothing will stop me from what I dream to do or want to do in the future, and no matter how many dreams come true dogs will ALWAYS be in the picture. It's like when you have a passion for one thing or multiple things (like me) you know it and a passion is something you will enjoy doing or being involved with your whole life, dogs are one of my passions.

Exactly. I posted those links to show why people should be taking this man (sorry, not girl ) seriously. He wants to learn about the breed and raise them, and people are giving him a hard time and asking him if he's serious and whatever. They are acting like he's doing something wrong. I want people to go to those links and see WHY they should be helping him, and why they should NOT be dissing him. THOSE sites are what happens when people don't know anything before breeding.

There is a perfect opportunity here to help someone learn something to prevent those kinds of dogs from being bred, but people are jumping right past it.
