what a hard letter to write I am trying to write a letter to the breeder who gave me Sugar. For those who don't know the story, the breeder my mom got her little girl from had Sugar originally. She did not breed him herself but bought him as a puppy planning to use him as a stud. My mom and the breeder, Jean, became friends and I went to her house with my mom several times for my mom to visit her new little Sophie. That is when I met and fell in love with Sugar. He was 9 months old at the time. My mom's SIL ended up getting one of Jean's puppies and then one of her friends and through all this I would go to Jean's house and get to see Sugar. Jean decided not to use Sugar (fortunately for me his coat turned out soft rather than silky) and Jean let me have him. So back to the letter. I am sending her pictures of Sugar and thanking her again and it is so hard. I can't seem to express how extremely grateful I am and how wonderful Sugar is. No matter what I write, I re-read it and it doesn't seem to encompass what Sugar means to me. Okay, now I'll stop complaining and procrastinating and go finish the letter.:p |
Wheww....As I started to read the post I thought something bad happened to Sugar and that was why you were writing it. What a relief. I am sure any letter would be appreciated and she will understand your love for Sugar however you put it. |

Oh gosh I am so sorry. I didn't even think how that could be taken. |
She is a yorkie lover too!! I think she will KNOW exactly what you are trying to say. It would be hard for me too i just know it. You might even state that in the letter how difficult it is to verblize what Sugar means to you!! Aww my heart melts for you because I know how you feel. YOU are so sweet to right a letter. :p |

But, Sugar's mom will feel your heart.... we all do!!! It's so obvious how very much you care for that little one and how grateful you are to be able to share your life with him!! |
I have written Gingers breeder quite a few times..I've always found it best to write it from your heart...I'm sure you'll do fine |
awww I'm sure she'll read your words and be able to tell just how much Sugar means to you, I sure did in just reading your thread. What an awesome momma! |
That is so sweet...:p I am sure you will find a way to put into words your feelings and it will warm her heart :2hearts2: to know she was able to add so much joy to your life... |
Okay, I finally got it written. There was so much I wanted to say I couldn't get my thoughts in order at first. I am so grateful to this wonderful lady who GAVE me Sugar and she knows that but I wanted to send some pictures and tell her again. I am really sorry about the title of this thread- I wasn't thinking how it sounded, only what I was thinking while I was writing. I hate it when thread titles sound like they're going to be bad and now I've done it. |
Awh, that is so sweet. I'm sure your letter is perfect because it's from your heart! |

Nikki, That is so sweet of you. I send Autumn and Blaze's breeder pics of them and she really enjoys getting them. She once told me how much it means to her that I still think of her and take time out to send her pics. So many people probably would not even think of it. Your a sweet woman! |
Well I feel a little guilty because it was a long time coming. Maybe that's why it was so hard to write. She lived near my mom which was 2 1/2 hours away. My mom moved and then Jean moved and I let time just slip by. I did start asking my mom to get her new address about 6 months ago but I really did let too much time go by. |
I know how you feel Nikki I am Daisy's breeders daughter so She knows and feels the same as I . I have written and kept in touch with Kodi's also. But With Pixie Sadly. Her Breeder made accusations about me behind my back:mad: and pretended to be my friend. She also lied to me. I just can not keep in touch with a person like that.. It is sad because she is a member here and I thought we were really close at one time.:( |
