Patti & Dixie need prayers!!!
 
Hey everyone,
As you may know, Patti recently got little Dixie. Dixie has been having some trouble lately and the vet thinks she might be in kidney failure. Patti is taking Dixie to a specialist tomorrow. She said she will try to log on tomorrow too.

Can you all please keep Dixie and Patti in your thoughts and send prayers their way? Thank you so much.

Thanks for posting for me Erin, I ran over to use the computer at my Dad's. The vet said that Dixie was in kidney failure and really couldn't do anything for her, I have to try so I am taking her toa specialist tomorrow at 11. Please keep her in your prayers, I am so devastated, even though she has been with me only 3 weeks, she totally captured my heart in a way that I haven't had since I had my Gracie. Iknew she was special I just didn't know why. At least I know that with ther time with me she has been truly loved, slept on a bed and lavished with attention something she didn't have her first 6 months living in the breeders basement. I know YT prayers are powerful and we really need them. Thanks I will get to a computer tomorrow and let you know the outcome of the specialist.

You and Dixie are in my prayers. I lost my 1st Yorkie to kidney failure, but my vet was able to extend her life with medication. I hope the specialist will be able to do the same for Dixie.

Bless her little heart, she doesn't deserve this. Prayers on their way, for sure. Dixie is so lucky to have a mommy that loves her as much as you do.

Keeping our fingers crossed for some sort of good news from the specialist. Prayers that the specialist is able to see some sort of treatment to help this sweet baby

All of my prayers are with you. If things don't work out the way we wish, at least you have the comfort of knowing that some little furfaces live very long lives without the comfort and love you have shown this precious baby. If her time must be short , it will have been long in love. Good luck, and many prayers.:)

OMGosh, Patti...I just read your PM and then found this thread! My heart dropped to my feet when I read the news about little Dixie! Why in the world would she be in kidney failure at such a young age! I can\'t believe it and I feel utterly sick for you and little Dixie! I will pray, Patti! I send heartfelt hugs to you! I feel so bad! She\'s just got to get better! You\'ve had so much sadness in your life and then you get that little bundle of fur to make you smile, and she gets sick. Life can be so unfair. I\'ll be praying for your precious sweetheart...and for you!
