At the foot of the bed, on the floor,I put a box and covered it with terry cloth (so she won't slip) and now Monday can come back up on the bed whenever she wantz to ... she is able to jump off by herself (shez 4 lb.) ... I got tired of being an "elevator" also. There is also one in my daughter's room. Good Luck!

me and coco officially share the same bed lol. i put the crate in the basement so that her pen can have more room, and at night she sleeps with me.

Oh, YAY! You are really going to LOVE snuggling with her at night. Did she whine when you let her sleep with you? How did she do with pottying during the night? Don't worry too much about rolling over on her. We've never rolled over on our 2. They always move. If you roll over on her, you will feel her squirm and you will get out of the way quickly. I think it is just our instinct not to roll over on them, you know?

she didn't whine AT ALL!! i was so happy. i slept so good!! i woke up once at like 3 AM and we went to bed at 10 PM and i put her in the pen real quick (thats where her pee pad is) and she used the washroom right away. then i put her right back in bed with me. n my bed is against the wall so i slept on the side thats not against the wall so she wouldnt try to jump. and then she would just sleep on a little side of the bed but i felt so bad 2 move her because she looked so comfortable that i slept in a little corner lol.

Well at least you are now having the same experiences that all of us have had. They whine and whine, we give in, then sleep in fetal position so THEY (2lbs of fur) are comfortable. Yup you are on the right track, that sounds about right...loool...Coco is only 4 lbs but I STILL sleep weird sometimes so SHE is comfortable..lool..Congrats on the beginning of a good nights sleep..lol

Oh yes! Making sure those furbabies are comfortable is key! Hobbs and Hootie sleep in between my hubby and me. Needless to say, I haven't snuggled with hubby in months! We don't want to dogs to be uncomfortable, you know!

My mom used the pennies in a can on our beautiful husky/Germ mix rocky when he was a pup. It really worked on him. But when I tried it on my pom, it really scared her. She was so scared of it she would pee if we even brought it out. So I never used it on Gus. All it took for Gus to stop what ever it is I don't want him to be doing is clap my hand and say no. Now that he's older he pretty much knows right from wrong. Not that it stops him from doing wrong, but if I catch him doing it he know's. If I see him doing something he should be doing now all I have to say in no Gus, drop it and point to the room I want him to go to and off he goes to and lay down while looking all so pitiful

I would say try different things and see what works best for you. Much luck to you!

Different breeders let them go at different ages. I got one of mine at 7 weeks and the other at 8 weeks.

they are snuggle doggies with a zipper in the part that is where the heart wld be and it goes thump thump like a mommie's heart beat ,,, it worked with Monday ... but she was 14 weeks old a good pet store should have one. . they also have them in the shape of a heart! Good Luck!

I have heard of them but haven't bought one because I can't afford one right now. I spent so much money on getting her and shopping for her that now I'm broke lol.
