What's baby alive? Is that the same as baby born?

shes the new version of the old baby alive, i think the box said originally came out in 1978 or sometime in the 70s, but shes the one that eats, talks , and poops, and shes expensive, the brown haired one is soo cute but the blonde one is a littel scary i havent seen the african american one, but they are cute but she kept getting annoying cause she was repeating herself, i hope its a demo and she says more later

We didnt have any baby alives in our stores around here. I wanted to get one for My Daughter. They are on Ebay but too high. I am sure the prices will go down after Christmas and I will get one for her and save it for her Birthday. I want to get her the brunette one too
