over 200 yorkies need homes they were found in a shed in sussex, they have been moved to kit wilson trust for animal welfare , celia hammond trust and croydon animal samaritans, these babys need homes but the rescue centres also need help with the cost if anyone can help :( |
Hiya i went on the rehoming list at croydon yesterday to see if i was suitable to have one of the yorkies, its so disgusting how people treat animals, and knowing how lovely my twinkle is - i am bewildered - im wondering now that perhaps they should be rehomed with people with more dog experience than me, as they are going to be traumatised! |
Its extremly so sad, that those who cannot speak for themselves are Traumatised & treated  If the SPCA or PAWS & with the help from the Police could get the "Pigs" who do these awful tortures to Animals,,you know give them a hefty jail sentance  Whats wrong people,Animals have feelings & thoughts just like Humans....Well we all know certain Humans really are not ...cos they have no Heart, how can someone with a Heart do this...."exactly"..... they are Heartless :( |
I got a call from croydon samaritans and the yorkies they had have been allocated new homes, and they are doing home checks. I didnt get one, because of the distance so no friend for twinkle yet! |
aww im sorry you never got one. :( |
I want one too!!!!! :( I'd love a little family of yorkies- they can snuggle up together, keep each other warm and interact! :) Sometimes I think my Casper could do with a little buddy, but then I'd have two or three nagging me for attention! Casper follows me everywhere I go and can't get enough attention- even though I work from home! Vix xxx |
i really hoped to get one but i can see their point, manchester is quite a trek from london for a volunteer home checker. I would love another yorkie, but i will have to try to think how to get around my hubby first, as he only gave in after 4 years of begging for a dog!! hiya by ther way, and welcome, you will love it here! :wavey: :wavey: :wavey: |
