Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | no offense to you !! only the name the name the breeder chose but ....personally I wouldn't even open a site that said 'Purse Companions' unless I had a nosy attack and just HAD to see what was there ...what a terrible name - These are DOGS - living breathing dogs - and too many people are already buying them for their cuteness and as a fashion accessory thanks to Miss Queen of Nothing herself - Paris Hilton. good luck - I didn't look but out of sheer nosiness I just may - I've never seen a Purse Companion Money is MY purse companion - not enough of it but that's the only thing I want in my purse lol - |

| Here's the bad thing, I did. I got her last night. She's supposed to be 6 months old and is the size of a bird. She has all her baby teeth. My vet says that he doesn't believe she's 6 months old. The lady said she'd take her back and refund my money. My kids are sad and I'm sad, she's adorable but I feel AWFUl. I feel sick to my stomach just thinking about how small she is. The vet gave her a quick look over and listened to chest, etc. and said she seemed healthy and not really that fragile. I just have to decide what to do.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | It's strange how she has her site set up like you are buying a product not a living being. SHe has some cute puppies. If she is willing to take her back and you really feel like she is not what you wanted then I would. If she is healthy and you feel up to the challenge of a tiny then I would keep her. Actually my tiniest has been my healthiest but she came from a very reputable breeder.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Well since you already did get one then I'll say Congratulations on your new puppy and will just pray she's ok...The way she's selling is so wrong and I do feel sorry for the puppies and especially the moms (they must be very VERY small) but I don't want to take away your joy at a new puppy....All the best to you and enjoy her....I'd be very careful though ...she sure sounds little a little peanut. |

| Did you see where it said "this item not in stock?" This is just too sad to even believe. It's a puppy, not an item. Makes me want get sick.

| It saddens me to say but I am sending her back. I just can't let this person get away with it. The papers have her listed as being 7 months old now, I'd say closer to 3 MAYBE. She is a puppy with puppy teeth, very short hair, tiny and not anywhere near to being partially grown. I did not eat for 3 days, I cried all day every day. My mother even suggested having a doctor prescribe a valium because I was such a mess. The puppy came in at midnight at the airport and I knew immediately. I was expecting an almost grown tiny yorkie...not a baby. I paid $3,000 plus shipping. I struggled with "How can I send back a baby?" I knew I had to, but my kids would be devastated. I was devastated. I can't even express the emotional roller coaster I've been on and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. My son, bless his heart, would get me cold washclothes to put on my eyes. He's 11. On a positive note, she immediately said she'd take the puppy back and refund my money(still insisting the puppy was the correct age, that her dogs do not get any adult teeth till 9 mo. old, that this one didn't even get teeth till it was 9 weeks old). She goes back tomorrow and my money will be refunded(I disputed it through paypal and my charge card and have it in writing my money will be returned). It's soooo not about the money. I had no problem paying any amount for the perfect dog for me. I did not make the decision to send the puppy back lightly. I contacted 3 vets-hers included. All came to the same conclusion that the puppy was no where near that age. I talked to two people who specialize in tinies. One in person who looked at the puppy and Natalie from Natalies Yorkies(she was wonderful). In total, I got the expertise from 6 different sources that would know better than me(even though I knew immediately, I didn't think myself incapable of being wrong). I'm not worried about the puppy not finding a good home, she'll resell it and hopefully at it's correct age. We've been taking wonderful care of her and consider her our foster puppy. My kids are handling this beautifully because I showed them everything and they know you can't let bad people get away with bad things because then they'll do it to other people. This was supposed to be a happy joyous event. I picked out the puppy as my 16th wedding anniversary present. My husband asked me what I wanted and I had been looking for so long it was easy. She does have a 7 month old listed for sale on another site, this puppy looks NOTHING like it, this puppy looks NOTHING like the picture she sent me. I talked to her and e-mailed her for a month, I couldn't find anything negative about her online, she has references on her site, she has lots of verified transactions through paypal so I felt safe. I thought I did everything right in my selection. And maybe this is the first time she's ever tried this. I just don't know. It hurts me to even look at puppies or all the new puppy stuff I bought. I'm a mess and I'm mad. My husband was away working in another state and he got sooo many phone calls from a hysterical wife. A 2 a.m. call from your wife crying over something that was supposed to keep her company and make her deliriously happy is not a good thing. I felt bad because I knew he needed his rest for work(he does very hard construction) but he's my best friend and I needed the comfort. Keep your fingers crossed and say a few prayers that this puppy finds a good home and that the return/refund goes smoothly and we can heal. Taking her to the airport will be extremely hard but I must do it. Also, the lady said when sending her back to give her a mouthful of nutrical and not any food in her crate....don't you think I should give her some food? She will have water but I think she needs food too. *also please do not contact this seller, I need to get the return done smoothly and not cause any trouble with her but I wanted to warn my friends here*

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I'm sorry. I'm sorry for you but more sorry for the puppy - are you sure she can even MAKE this trip ?? She's so tiny I'd be worried sick about putting her on a plane....that's an awful lot of stress for a very small young yorkie. |
