I emailed the attorney that is handleing a civil case lawsuit and he told me it is scheduled for September,I asked him if he could keep me up-to-date on this case, I am one of the many that want to see Brushy Creek GONE!!! I don't know what the ad in the chronicle meant but they finally listed all the breeds they have in one ad instead of 10 diffrent ads. At least people know what they're dealing with (a puppymiller) crook. |

I think they need more than to be just shut down - they actually should have cruelty charges brought against them - as well as FRAUD for the many sick puppies they claim to sell as healthy - The poor poor dogs are the big losers here....and the people who just want a dog to love. Does anyone know who I can contact to get my moneyback from those cruel people at brushy creek?? they blocked my email address obviously... I surely am not just giving away my money to them!! They (brushy creek) told me they handled this with my attorney and said they would send $200 of the $470 they owe me and I STILL have not seen a dime of it!!! |

my attorney is a family member and you know how that goes... it is really not getting anywhere I have been waiting since march and I have nothing, I recently purchased my precious baby a long coat chihuahua absoulutely adorable girl! :littleang maybe all this happened for a reason I would have never met my baby chi but I am so happy I got her to love. The only thing I guess I could do is take them to small claims court, but as my attorney said "it's their word against mine and they will use their purchase agreement against me" if anyone can help me out on this I would certainly appreciate it. |
I have not been on here in a while, but it really upsets me that they have not changed their ways. WoofShepard, if you signed a contract, read it thoroughly and have an atty read it for you. My mom has gotten no vet bills reimbursed, we can't get this suppossed atty to call us back or respond to our emails, the SPCA says they are not a puppy mill and conduct business with in texas code, and the SPCA told me to report them to every entity I could. SO I am at a loss.....at least my mom's little westie is better I guess, If anyone gets anywhere with them, I would like to know their secret....these people SUCK!!!!!!!!!!! |
I wrote to the Attorney General today hopefully someone will come through to end this horrible situation at Brushy Creek. I am still disgusted to this day on the condition those poor puppies are in and kept...On one occasion the puppies I saw where covered in dried feces and had runny noses and stunk worse than anything I've ever smelled it was unimagineable to think that those dirty nasty people are still getting away with this and nobody (with authority) wants to do anything to stop them. It's a dam shame. |
Well I can say this, Brushy creek hasn't had any NEW ads put in the Houston Chronicle I guess someone got the hint that these people (if you could call them people!) are nothing but puppymill crooks!!! I just want everyone out there in search of a new baby to investigate, research and NEVER, NEVER BUY FROM A KENNEL!!!! people that have kennels are ONLY in it for the money and don't give a dam about the animals, and about 85% of the them are puppymillers!!!!! and for EVERYONES SAFETY***STAY AWAY FROM CONROE*** Conroe,TX is Puppymill City |

Well... I hear Conroe is puppymill city, there are ALOT of people that breed many many diffrent breeds of dogs and post there ads in the Houston Chronicle and the pics of the puppies look poorly bred (if you know what I mean) I am going to file a complaint in small claims court, after speaking to my attorney he told me he has NO money from those awful nasty people at brushy creek, I wish I could of got in on the civil case lawsuit but I was a bit too late. :( I would like to know if anyone else is filing against Brushy creek maybe I can get on with someone else that needs more people to testify, I definetly will give them my 2 cents!!! I HATE BRUSHY CREEK KENNEL AND I WANT TO SEE THEM SHUT DOWN FOREVER!!!! |
Omg!!!! L@@k At This THIS IS HORRIBLE Brushy creek kennels now raises mini pins, yorkie-poos, and still raising yorkies. There is some pics on the houston chronicle website that shows how horrible condition those puppies are and yet they are selling them!!!! there is a picture of some min pin puppies on there that are just sad, you can see how emaciated they are such as dull coats, you can even see some of there bones, they are scrawny looking and one even has a leg thicker than the other..... I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY HAVEN'T BEEN STOPPED YET!!!!:mad: CHECK OUT www.houstonchronicle.com and in the search type in the phone number 936-931-1439 and it will show the min pin pups I am talking about. Ok, try this: go to the houston chronicle website click on shopping then it will give you a catagory select pets and animals section, then once you see some pics of puppies go in search and type in 936-931-1439 or even type in min pin and it should show up. Let me know if this works. |
That worked He does have a lot of different breeds, doesn't he? I almost couldn't get to his ad for reading about the 300 pit bulls seized in Libety County. How can you have 300 animals? That is just beyond my comprehension. Where is Brushy Creek Kennel located? |
they have 300 animals because I am sure they have them stacked in wire cages one on top of another. soo small they can barely turn around. no blankets, that would be too much to clean. so instead they get sores on their feet and pop out as many babies as they can before they die and then they keep a baby to continue her legacy. this is a true puppy mill!! |
seized pit bulls Those pit bulls seized in Liberty county where actually kept chained up and forced to live in their own waste and mud hole, puppies where kept in rabbit cages... this was awful, awful, I cannot believe people do this to animals. It sickens me. |

I might just gather up all the angry people and raid Brushy Creek Puppymill :D anyone want to join? The only thing I can honestly say is I feel the reason the state of Texas or any other state doesn't do anything about these puppymills is b/c they do not care about the animals or even people, they are too busy being greedy and stealing peoples money themselves to care about anyone else. |

They left the dog in the car with the windows down while they were in a gas station and as soon as they walked in one of the attendants called the authorities on them and they were hit with a $100 fine because they told them it was against the law to leave dogs in their cars with the heat. SOO if there are fines for that (which I am glad there are!) then why are these millers allowed to have that many dogs in cages IN THE SAME HEAT and not be fined? Honestly, it makes NO sense! I totally agree with everyone, if the people that had the 300 pit bulls got arrested and that was for only 300 then why can't they do the same with BC they have over 500!!!! I guess someone has to get shot over there and then maybe someone will go up there and investigate in a hurry!!!! |
Pit Bulls I just heard on the news that all of the pit bulls that were seized in Liberty County that are over 6 months old will be euthanized. The ruling was made by the district judge, I think. That apparently is most of the 300 dogs seized. Those under 6 months will be auctioned. |
Oh my I just started ready this long post. This makes me sick ! I to added a room on to my house for my doggys. This room is off of our bed room and has become the family room, cause we want to be here with the dogs. I hate to put any of my dogs in a kennel and the only time I use them is if someone is in heat. How any one can put these little babys in the that nasty mess is a XXXXXX. I think of mine as my babys, it hard to even make plans to go away. We have a friend that will come stay here with our babys, or I would never go anywhere. I have heard a lot of storys in the last 2 days because of the post i put up on here, but these really make me sick. Just to think of these doggys living that life. I just look at my babys face and to think some doggy out there have no one to love just that bad life. I don't undersatand why AKC can't get them closed, if they have that many dogs most people would know right off mmmm puppy mill ! why not AKC. If they do not close these places down I now know why they do nothing to the lady that messed us up with our AKC papers. Please put on here anything new.. thanks Lynda |
