Just thought I would update you guys had court on the 22nd and she was a no show.... so the judge issued a bench warrant on here and all her dogs went into permanent custody of AC. Not as good as I hoped for but we will see.... He did issue her to pay my vet bill and a Animal cruelty fine of 500$ for dropping her baby over the fence. But she will go to jail if they catch her so that at least good!

She doesn't deserve furbabies; at least now they can get a mommy and daddy that will appreciate them!

I hope your local AC that took these dogs in custody will try to place them with a reputable breed specific rescue group...to help ensure they get the best chance at good furever homes!:animal-pa:animal36:animal-pa

That is just totaly Ridiculous..... for some women to in a sense take away your Tibbers innocence and for the pure intent of making a profit doing so. She clearly has no morals and does not give a dam about either of the dogs what so ever. If that had been my neighbor, I would not have been so polite! There would have been some not so kind words exchanged and the police called right away.

I would see about and do everything possible to document the incident ... There needs to be consequents for her actions.

If she shows up at her home,I think I would make phone call to let the authorities know where they can find her.
Justice is what was needed here,I think that you got it. Until this person is behind bars I would keep a very close eye on your baby.

Is actually my my neighbor's daughter and she has not been back over to her mom's since like 2 weeks before court date. I also have been way to scared to let my babies out of the house since this happened. If they do go out I take them to my mom's house because Im afraid they might put something out to hurt them.

If you can, you might want to consider moving. I am so sorry that although justice was served. You still live with a fear that someone will hurt your precious babies.

It's SAD that there is a possibility in todays world that someone could actually do something on purpose to hurt an innocent little animal. You just never know, Some People are just nutssssss !! :mad:

I would check your yard for anything that does not belong and keep them cameras rolling ! Make sure that there is no area that is'nt on camera.
