Dear charley_colten & colten_charley, :wavey: It is nice to hear, in the least, that even a D.B. (no no not a dear boy BTW) the believes Yorkies shoudl be extinct and hates them, does not beleive any of them should be abused. That's what I'll take from this one. I don't use the word hate I reserve it for when it is truly meant because it is a 4 letter word after all. I have no love for invasive species or reptile etc however I also cannot tolerate their abuse or mistreatment. Back to the topic at hand I boycott China for political, ethical, and environmental reasons, sometimes I beleive in their punishment methods for certain types of criminals-enough said. |

I'm shocked that YouTube would allow something like that to be put on its site. That too disgusts me. I could tell from the comments that it was rough but I just could not believe it would show a beating of an animal - not really. You'd think they would consider that something like hate speech and tend to incite violence toward animals and take it down!!! I know myself too well - I would not sleep for a week if I watched a Yorkie being seriously hurt, let alone killed as I guess this awful video really shows. I'd probably never get that visual out of my mind. I guess I can never understand human cruelty and hate toward the innocent and totally vulnerable. |
I shouldn't have watched the video but I just did. I cannot help but to say I have the overwhelming urge to reach through the screen and grab the pup from the scene- Why was someone videotaping this and not saving the dog? You want evidence fine-set the camera in the window-call the police and go help!!!! Why hide and video-hold the camera up and yell, "I'm on the phone with the police you're already busted STOP NOW!" What has the "nurse" done to her child already that her child just watched this & played (totted around) as though it was normal!?!? |
If a child is in that video watching a dog being killed, that is child abuse plain and simple! Killing a child's pet in front of it is amongst the cruelest kind of mental abuse - had to terrify the little kid! The little child probably lives in mortal terror of the same thing happening to him or her. |

You wouldn't think anyone would come on this tragic, painful thread where all are pouring out their hearts in horror and tears & say the hateful things that were said about the very breed that was so brutally slaughtered to people who love the breed! That kind of cruelty hurts, too, and speaks volumes about the lack of empathy so many people have for others' pain & sensibilities. |
