Wow, I didn't dare press play the title, and your responses was enough to break my heart. It's sad that she would do something like this, and its even sadder that someone was taping this... But she deserves whatever comes to her, and a lot more!! |

If they find her guilt she will have to give what they call basic basket that is a certain amount of grocery once a month for a certain amount of months defined by the judge. That is all. What the police is trying to do is put her behind bars based on a law that says that you can not do anything wrong in front of a kid and she had her 3 years old son with her. The person who did the record was an adult male neighbor and not a kid and should go to prison to because did not do anything to stop her. I felt so strongly about this I decided to send a link to the aspca. I don't know if they can do anything about her in terms of making sure she get's prosecuted but I for one am sick of feeling helpless when something like this happens maybe that's why I decided to send them an email even if nothing comes of it. They probably can't do anything but if this video goes viral, there;s a good chance, this woman may get the punishment she deserves. People hate it when children and animals are abused. |
Is it wrong that I think she should get the same exact treatment? IMO I think people like her shouldn't be allowed to live, if she can do that to an innocent pup what else is she capable of? I mean really that poor baby couldn't have been more than 5lbs I am so full of sadness and rage at the same time...I hope she gets what she deserves. |

I think we as members can send emails to major news outlets here in the US and Brazil. This woman needs to be brought to justice. She cannot go unpunished for this. If we can help get the word out, there is a possiblity something can be done. I for one have already started sending emails to news outlets. Although we are not physically there in Brazil, the power of technology can help ensure this monster gets the punishment she deserves. If you are a member of any other forum, please let them know about this video and ask them to let others know. Send a link to the aspca or humane associations. Only expressed outrage will make sure she is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in Brazil. |

This video is all over the Brazilian news sites. They are calling on them to prosecute this woman. They have posted her name and that she is married to a doctor. The person who recorded the video was a neighbor.....not sure why this neighbor did nothing to stop it. They are just as enraged in Brazil as we are and they are wanting the police to arrest her. |

Why is it that You tube clearly states no animal abuse and this is still on. When I tried to flag it it just told me that there is an age warning attached. ??? So that makes it ok??? I just don't get it. :thumbdown |

I wouldn't watch this, and I don't understand why you would even post something like this..... you enjoy watching abuse, how very sad! I pray for all animals that are abused. |

Well, I think by you posting this for everyone to watch, you are giving the video notariety, which it does not deserve. If you truly want this person to be punished, there are other ways to go about doing so, not by making it a popular video. I think we are all aware of the animal abuse that goes on, and it is very, very sad, it truly breaks my heart. Yes, it is true that when I go on YorkieTalk, I enjoy reading informative and pleasant information, most of us do. I absolutely understand you wanting to help defenseless animals, but it should be done in a different manner. I am sorry I offended you, just had to share my viewpoint on this. |

If no one is aware of it then it seems like no one cares, and if no one cares, then this woman will get away with what she did and will do it again. |
