It is a rule-of-thumb in dog foods to stear clear of foods that contain corn, gleuton (wheat, rye, barley), soy, beef, and milk. I follow the same guidelines when I'm chosing treats for my crew, as well. I like Solid Gold Lamb or Chicken Jerky and Innova Evo grainless treats. However, the Innova Evo treats may be too rich for a puppy's tummy. The Solid Gold Jerky bc these treats are soft and easy for a small puppy to chew.
