Sentinel is WAY expensive. The flea medication in there only kills flea eggs. It does not kill live fleas or the larvae. Most of the time you end up having to buy a separate flea medication to treat/prevent the live fleas. I would suggest getting Interceptor or Heartguard which is just the worm medication and buying the flea medication separate. If your vet doesn't sell these products, go to another vet and buy them. I used to use Sentinel and doesn't do ANYTHING for fleas, that's for sure.
