No, I imagine you could but she's already fully trained to go in a litter box. I bought them mainly for the cuteness factor but will also be using them if she goes into heat befor 6-9 months old, depending on how big she gets, right now she's still under two pounds. My boy is nuetered so no problems there but I know how messy that can be and heard pants and diapers work great for that type of thing. I also put these on her when we are out and she's in my purse/carrier. She hasn't ever had an accident but this way if she does it's not in my bag!
