You can have any meat you want! Seafood, steak, hamburger, chicken, whatever! Cheeses, although some have less carbs than others, just check the labels. Lots of Eggs. Green veggies, Asparagus and broccolli are good choices for carb counts. If you like soda, Diet Rite.
