I'm so very sorry to hear this. My advice would be to get that money back and find a local breeder. It would be nice if you visit the dog personally rather than having it fly on a plane and not knowing the living conditions of the owner/breeder. Again...I am so sorry. You have had too many feeling at one time - happy and excited to get the little guy and now this. Take care.
