I have two and a pekingese but I know another yorkie is coming in the future. My one little girl seems to get cold very easy. Honestly, fleece Pjs solved the problem. They really keep the heat in. I think your baby will get used to them. Just give it time. When I got my second yorkie she was about 1 yr and never had clothes on ever. The first time I put pjs on her she was walking on her two front legs only but now she could care less about wearing anything. I suggest to try the pjs (fleece) Good Luck!! Sure these will help
