Now just my opinion, i don't think this little guy should go back to the home where this "so called man" lives!
He deserves the best, and i am sure there are many people out there, that can provide him with the perfect loving forever home that he needs.
We can go on and on and ask WHY people do this, we can get angry, and oh yes, believe me, i am livid when i read about animal cruelty. Thing is, it happens, and why people do this, we will never know.
