Sounds to me like you have a good vet. She sounds concerned, thorough, and is going to do further testing -

At this point, I wouldn't worry about the names of all the tests, etc., or need to know all the details about everything that is going to be done. I have great vet(s) and trust them totally. I would just let them take over and trust them to do everything that needs to be done.

Hopefully, your vet can quickly find out what your little puppy's problem is and take care of it.
