Try moving the crate into your room,I know this sonds as if it will make her more clingy but I think it works. If sh can see you she might settle!
Does she only go in the crate at night?Try and make the crate a place good thing happen like feed her in it or give her a little treat when she is in it or hide some treats in it you could also get a kong toy and fill that so she has somehing to focus on!
