Only thorough testing is going to reveal the cause, but it could be as simple as hypoglycemia. I would definitely give the Nutrical or Nutristat a try. The symptoms are also that of having a liver shunt. Do you notice if the shaking seems to occur after a high protein meal? A routine blood test should show if anything is out of balance and give you some idea what to start testing for.
