Every morning I'm fine ....till I put on eyeliner - and like Shana - it seems to be one eye that waters worse. I've been using Almay Hypo Allergic for years now - and boom - now I can't wear it.  |
Are you sure it's the eyeliner? My allergies are so bad this year that it seems like my eyes and/or nose are always itchy
