Diesel isn't fixed and he is a year old and has never ran. I never put him on a leash to take him out. He just always stays with me. Even when we go over to see family he is always by my side. We were even on a farm that has a pug that was in heat and he "flirted" as long as I was standing right there but when I started to walk away he was right behind me. He has always been really good when it comes to that.
