Instead of pointing out the show record, I think it would be appropriate to encourage Ricki to continue. If I am not mistaken many of the UKC shows are judged by AKC judges, not unlike the International competition and yes Lorraine you are correct you must be owner/handler in UKC. |
But the show record should be correct if advertising puppies for sale based on Champion sired. Many people on Yorkietalk do not know or undertand what showing is about, how points are gotten and how a UKC Championship is attained compared to AKC championships. Certainly we all started not knowing about showing and learned and I would encourage anyone who wants to get a start to go for it.
