I'm so happy that Peanut is OK. I wasn't going to say anything until you where in the clear, but I knew a puppy (Golden Lab 15wks.) that almost died from Lead Poisoning when I worked for the Animal Welfare. He ate an old Christmas Nativity Statue. He lived but has neurological damage and walk sort of sideways, and has very bad eye sight now. Poor little thing.
It's bad stuff! I was once certified in Lead and Asbestos Abatement.We had to wear a respirator to remove it and build a containment.
